Public Meetings held to discuss the proposed development of 75 homes

Charvil Parish Council held two public meetings on the weekend of 17th November, to hear residents’ views on the proposed 75 home development on land west of Park Lane, and to present the results of advice sought by an independent planning consultant as to the likelihood of being able to defend both this site, and the second site to the north of the village which has also been included in the Draft Local Plan. The Slides presented to the meetings are shown below. The closing date for comments is officially 7th December, but if you miss this deadline, the Borough may continue to accept comments for a period after this. The Parish Council will publish its comments sent to the Borough when they have been submitted.
