Get Ready for Local Elections

Despite all the Covid-19 restrictions, the Government is planning to go ahead with the Parish, Borough and Police and Crime Commissioner elections on May 6th. These were postponed from last May.

If you are interested in standing for either the Borough or Parish Council, there is to be an online briefing to cover the nomination process on Tuesday 9th March 2021 at 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm via Microsoft Teams organised by Wokingham Borough Council. If you would like to attend, please email electoralservices@wokingham.gov.uk by Tuesday 2nd March and  you will be provided with a link so you can attend the briefing.

WBC look forward to welcoming as many potential candidates and agents as possible to the meeting.
